We are a team of ex-corporates with decades of collective expertise in Executive Assistance. We believe wholeheartedly in the power of effective leadership. In our experience, ineffective leaders can cripple even the strongest of companies, whilst effective leadership leads to happy and engaged employees. With an engaged workforce, companies can enjoy 17% higher productivity. It is our goal to create positive impacts in the daily lives of business leaders, to the benefit of not only the individual executive, but the entire organisation. The pursuit of business leaders’ productivity is healthy and worthwhile.

How it started

Our founder, Betina Osander, has first-hand experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives in global organisations.

In 2018, Betina founded Osander ApS which is today the leading niche search partner in Denmark, with a customer base including top-tier global firms. As a boutique recruitment agency, Osander search and place on-site Executive Assistants and strategic Executive Advisors. In 2021 the team in Osander ApS started vetting candidates abroad and founded myVEA, offering executive assistant service on subscription with talented executive assistants working remotely.
